What will the two new PSL franchises be?

The owner of the well-known Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Peshawar Zalmi, Javed Afridi, has announced the names of two potential new franchises.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been trying for a while to add more teams to the PSL, but the franchises have consistently blocked it and the fans have also pushed for more teams to be added.

Najam Sethi, the chairman of the PCB Management Committee, stated that they are eager to add two more teams but will make their final decision after consulting with the franchises. Zalmi's owner posted a message asking fans to post questions, and one user asked which city the two new PSL teams will be from.

Javed Afridi responded to this query by stating that Sialkot and Faisalabad teams could participate in the
2019 PSL.
